Day Camp At the Durland Scout Reservation


Adventure Day Camp returns to the Agatha Durland Scout Reservation with an incredible program to spark your son's sense of adventure! Cub Scouts can participate in many types of pursuits including archery, field sports, BB Range, nature, arts and crafts, Scout skills, theme related activities, climbing wall and a variety of other events. A Scout will leave camp with pins, belt loops and achievements toward his next rank as well as skills and memories to last a lifetime.

Three Weekly Sessions & Themes

Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM*

• July 30 - Aug 3   
• Aug 6 - 10 

*Early drop off available at 8:00 AM ($25/wk) 

*Late pick up available till 5:00 PM ($25/wk)




Fee: One Week: $300


Multiple week discount $50 per additional week


There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit due per week when registering for camp. Discounted price of $300 is available until May 15th, fee is $330. Campership Request Form is due May 15th. All balances are due in full by June 1.

Our Cub Scout Summer Camp programs need YOU to make it happen! All potential staff must fill out the application below, provide 3 references and submit to a background check. Adults MUST be registered and provide a copy of their current Youth Protection Certification. Den Chiefs MUST be recommended by their Scoutmaster.

There are 3 levels of staff-

Den Chief

Den Chiefs are 14 years old by July 1st and serve as assistants to Den Leaders. It is recommended they also be First Class Rank. Den Chiefs must commit to full week of service only-no partial weeks please. Den Chiefs receive $100 refund off their fee at Read Scout Reservation with a full week of service.

Den Leader

Den Leaders are adults 18 and older and volunteer to accompany their scout's den throughout the day. Den Leaders can bring siblings. Siblings under 7 accompany the Den Leader during the day and pay a fee of $150 per week. Siblings 7 and over should be registered and pay full fee-they participate in an age appropriate den and earn advancement.

**NOTE: As of June 1st, girls may now register as Cub and Webelos Scouts!

Counselors/Adult Staff

Counselors and adult staff are salaried employees who must be registered, submit to a background check, references and attend camp staff training.

Counselors are 15-17 years old and work in Program Areas at camp depending on skill level. 

Adult staff are 18+ and work in Program Areas. Adults 21+ can be hired as Program Area Directors.
