Support the Westchester-Putnam Council

The Westchester-Putnam Council hosts a number of special events throughout the year to fund various Scouting programs and to recognize the outstanding individuals that provide those programs. Here are some events coming up this year:

The Real Estate, Labor and Construction "Good Scout" Award Dinner is an opportunity to honor individuals for making a distinct difference in the fabric of Westchester and Putnam Counties. Proceeds support the many youth development programs of the Westchester-Putnam Council. 

The Golf Classic is a fundraiser to support the council. The  will be played in a scramble format with prizes awarded to the top three foursomes on each course. Prizes will also be given for the longest drive and closest to the pin on each course. All proceeds from the event go to support Scouting in Westchester and Putnam Counties.
 
The Eagle Scout Reception recognizes the previous year’s Eagle Scout Class. The council continues its tradition of providing this reception is free of charge for new Eagle Scouts and his guests.  The evening is underwritten by the generous sponsorship of many Eagle Scout alumni, charter members and patrons.  
 
The Gathering of Eagles is an annual reception designed to reconnect Eagle Scouts of all ages and raise money for camperships.
 
The Sporting Clays Tournament is an annual event to support the Westchester-Putnam Council's programs. Up to thirty four-person teams can compete in the shot gun shooting game.
